RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 1, 2016 and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 006222 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER H. BALL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 86, River Place, a Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, page 173, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
Also known as: 6889 74th Street Circle East, Bradenton, FL 34203.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
