NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014CA-005080-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, AN OHIO BANKING CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIFTH THIRD BANK, A MICHIGAN BANKING CORPORATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO RG CROWN BANK is Plaintiff and CARYN LIZARAZOA/K/A CARYN GEORGINA LIZARAZO, STEFFAN RODRIGUEZA/K/A STEFFAN S. RODRIQUEZ, ESTATE BUYERS, LLC, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, HERON PLACE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARYN LIZARZO A/K/A CARYN GEORGINA LIZARAZO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 85, Heron Place as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 134, Page 44, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
