NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 53-2013-CA-001081LK, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CAROLYNNE P. JOE A/K/A CAROLYNNE P. MATHER; JAMES H. REHBERG; MIDFLORIDA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A MIDFLORIDA SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A.; SCOTT LAKE WEST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Stacy Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on April 26, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK “B”, OF SCOTT LAKE WEST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF, DESCRIBED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 46, 47, AND 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
