and commonly known as: 3207 HEATHER GLYNN DRIVE, MULBERRY, FL 33860; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M. on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on June 20, 2016 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
