NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 24, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2015CA002321000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JENEANE D. MAXWELL and DAVID C. WILLIAMS, JR., et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on July 22, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
