NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 31, 2013 in Civil Case No. 1200816CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and JOHN BOYD SANDERS; ELIZABETH W. SANDERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, Lobby of Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 28, 2016, at 11:00 am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK E, SORRENTO GARDENS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
