YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit No. 404, situated on the 4th floor of the Tradewinds Apartment Building of Tradewinds Apartments Condominium, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 25 through 37, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida; together with the limited common elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in Exhibit A attached to and made part of the Declaration of Condominium of Tradewinds Apartments Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 472, Page 509 through 540, inclusive, and as amended, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/204th interest in the common elements of said Tradewinds Apartments Condominium.
