NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001387-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Registered Holder of Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2007-HE1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Pedro E. Perez; Ana M. Perez are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF TRACT 111, OF GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
