TORSKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATRINA M. TORSKE N/K/A BRUCE SANDS; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
