Final Judgment was awarded on April 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-051072, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, ASSOCIATED BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JERRY E. GUNNING A/K/A JERRY GUNNING; SANDRA L. GUNNING A/K/A SANDRA GUNNING A/K/A SANDY GUNNING; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GATEWAY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC. are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 4, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK A, GATEWAY PHASE 18, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGES 61 THROUGH 72, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
