NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050944, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BANKERS TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1 is the Plaintiff, and PATRICIA STEVENSON AKA PATRICIA J STEVENSON; WILLIAM STEVENSON; MEADOWS OF ESTERO CONDOMINIUM, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A JOSH JACKSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDMDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 AM online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 19, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 9-101, OF MEADOWS OF ESTERO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 200500036677, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
