A Complaint has been filed to enforce any legal or equitable lien or claim to any title or interest in any real property in Sarasota County, Florida. The Complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. The action is styled City of Sarasota, Florida versus John Hezikiah Williams, III, et als.
The known natural Defendants are: John Hezikiah Williams, III; Carla Katrina Williams Bozeman; Tajuana Litisha Williams; Toya Harvin; Eric Timothy Lee; Mhariel Williams; Troy Williams; Georgia Williams Simmons; Herbert O. Williams; and George Monix. The known corporate Defendants are: The Clerk of Court for Sarasota County and The State of Florida Department of Revenue o/b/o Erin E. Walsh. The unknown Defendants are: The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors or Other Parties Claiming by, through, under or against John H. Williams, Jr., who is known to be dead.
The real property which Plaintiff, City of Sarasota, Florida, seeks to foreclose its Code Compliance Liens against is the following:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 10, First Addition to Newtown, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book A, Page 53T of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
This is Parcel ID No. 2024020017 located at 2404 N. Orange Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34234.
Defendants, John Hezikiah Williams III; Carla Katrina Williams Bozeman; Troy Williams; and the Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors or other Parties Claiming By, Through, Under or Against John H. Williams, Jr., who is known to be dead, are required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on Plaintiff's attorney Michael A. Connolly at Fournier, Connolly, Warren and Shamsey, P.A., 1 South School Avenue, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34237 on or before the 9th day of May, 2016; and to file the original of the defense with the Clerk of Circuit Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, showing what right, title, interest or lien the Defendant has in or to the property described above. If any Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
