NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 7, 2016, entered in the above captioned action, CASE NO. 2014-CA-006820-NC, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on May 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
