NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, JOYCE PROPSOM, as TRUSTEE of the JOYCE ANN PROPSOM DECLARATION OF TRUST U/A/D AUGUST 7, 2001, AS AMENDED, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2015 CA 004998 NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

c. Legal Description:
Unit 71, MARA VILLA, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2258, Page 720, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 29, Page 12, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, TOGETHER with covered parking space and storage area designated on said Plat as L.C.E. No. A-3.
The Property is more commonly referred to as 7340 Regina Royale Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida 34238.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be conducted online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of May, 2016.
