DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF MALVEDEEN R. SUPPLE A/K/A MALVADEEN R. SUPPLE A/K/A M. ROSE SUPPLE, DECEASED; DAVID T. SUPPLE; LAURA E. SUPPLE; CEDAR HAMMOCK OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; DARRYL P. SUPPLE; BETH ANN REIGELSPERGER; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A MADYSONN WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ADRIENNE D. WILLIAMS, are defendants. Karen E. A PORTION OF LOT 3, BLOCK D, CEDAR HAMMOCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 21 THROUGH 21D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 3, BLOCK D; THENCE SOUTH 77 DEGREES 02'22” EAST ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 47.53 FEET THENCE SOUTH 24 DEGREES 18'29'' EAST ALONG SAID NORTHEASTERLY LINE, 118.58 FEET; TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE SOUTH 60 DEGREES 25'37” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, 31.23 FEET; THENCE NORTH 33 DEGREES 56'53” WEST, 115.22 FEET; THENCE NORTH 45 DEGREES 01'45” WEST, 22.45 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT, SAID POINT LYING ON THE ARC OF A CURVE (CUL-DE-SAC) BEING CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST; AND HAVING A RADIUS OF 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID ARC 26.15 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
