Lot 202, BARTON FARMS, UNIT 3, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 43, page 40 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Kenneth A. Tomchin, TOMCHIN & ODOM, P.A., attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 6816 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 400, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 on or before May 9, 2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at the Sarasota County Historical Court House, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237 either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
