NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated March 22, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 009354 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JOHN PROKOPIAK, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 27, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 177, GROVE POINTE, UNIT 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
