NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001575-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RONALD A. VECCHIONE; DOROTHY E. VECCHIONE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC., are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 333, SEVEN SPRINGS HOMES, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 46 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
