NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4 February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002658ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee Lehman Xs Trust Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-18n, is the Plaintiff and Mirwais Nafey, Tierra Del Sol Homeowner's Association, Inc., Yak LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 8, OF TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 70-84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
