DAVIS a/k/a RAYMAN G. DAVIS and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, as successor in interest to Century Bank, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff, Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court, Pasco County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 18th day of May, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Pasco County, Florida:
