NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014CA004708CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, PLAZA HOME MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF RONALD L. MCRAE A/K/A RONALD LUTHER MCRAE; UNKNOWN HEIRS AND/OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD L. MCRAE A/K/A RONALD LUTHER MCRAE; BRONWYN MCRAE WILLIAMS A/K/A BRONWYN C. MCRAE; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD L. MCRAE A/K/A RONALD LUTHER MCRAE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula O'Neil will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on April 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, BLOCK 1, FLOR-A-MAR SECTION 17-B, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
