NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002462 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which ALL HANDS ON, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN G. LAWRENCE A/K/A JONATHAN LAWRENCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JONATHAN G. LAWRENCE A/K/A JONATHAN LAWRENCE; ROGER GREEN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CAROLE MUNGER, AND CRAIG CARBONE, ASSIGNEE, BENFICIARY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 4th day of May 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
