Navarro Roque A/K/A Wilfredo Navarro Roque A/K/A Wi are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 14th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 5, HUNTINGTON OF CARROLLWOOD AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
