NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Order on Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated March 21, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-014079 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2013-1, is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER LANIER HESS, THOMAS HESS and JARED K. LANIER, are Defendant(s), Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on May 6, 2016 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
