THE SOUTH 155.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 1200.00 FEET OF THE EAST 325.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE EAST ½ OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE EAST 25 FEET FOR COUNTY RIGHT OF WAY.
and commonly known as: 4507 PIPPIN RD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567-2651; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on May 11, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
