Residence unknown, if living, including any unknown spouse of the said Defendants, if either has remarried and if either or both of said Defendants are dead, their respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); and the aforementioned named Defendant(s) and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendants as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.

COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST AND RUN NORTH 166 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 113.67 FEET; THENCE S. 89°38' E. 246 FEET; THENCE NORTH 48.3 FEET; THENCE S. 89°38' E. 242 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 187.97 FEET; THENCE N. 89°38' W. 170 FEET; THENCE NORTH 115 FEET; THENCE N. 89°38' W. 62 FEET; THENCE S. 38°30'26” W. 61.03 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 15 FEET; THENCE S. 83°33'42” W. 219.38 FEET; TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 4630 Woodland Corporate Blvd., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33614, on or before MAY 2 2016 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
