NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-007656 in the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and, LORI A. WILKES, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 9th day of May, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 16 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 17, NORTH BEAUTY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 28 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
