NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 18, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008956 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and ALEXIE A. AMARO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 3, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, page 37, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
