Unit 1.32, THE VILLAS OF CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, a Codominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 14399, Page 125 and any amendments thereto records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements apputenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
