NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, and entered in 2008-CA-020656 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-WMC1MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and MAUREEN LETANG; MICAH LETANG; HILLCREST SUBDIVISION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; PRIMEQUITY, LLC are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
