ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and DUSKIE L. SMITH; TERRELL BRIAN SMITH A/K/A TERRELL SMITH A/K/A TERRELL B. SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s).
