NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004280 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY HOME LOAN INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and DUSKIE L. SMITH; TERRELL BRIAN SMITH A/K/A TERRELL SMITH A/K/A TERRELL B. SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 03, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
