NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-031210 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and BRUCE THOMAS A/K/A BRUCE I. THOMAS, CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; KATHERINE JORDAN; REBECCA GREEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRUCE THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendant(s), Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 3, BLOCK 33, OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 108, PAGES 148-151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
