NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006416, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff RICKY J. NIGRO; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LAKE BRANDON ASSOCIATION, INC. AND BRANDON POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT#2 and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 1, OF LAKE BRANDON TOWNHOMES 114-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF , AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGE 158, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
