NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure Sale, dated March 21, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-CA-011669 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and Charles B. McCrimmon a/k/a Charles McCrimmon; The Unknown Spouse Of Charles B. Mccrimmon A/K/A Charles Mccrimmon; Iris D. McCrimmon; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 6th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 6, GRANDVIEW ACRES, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 38 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
