NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-003019 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corporation, CSMC Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and Donald Jochumsen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 17, BLOCK 3, BRIGHTON BAY PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE(S) 15 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
