NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-003428 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Tracey Ann Gibbons aka Ann Gibbon are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 16, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 18 AND 19, A RE-SUBDIVISION OF ALL OF BLOCK 30 TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP FOR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 68, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
