RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 28, 2015 and entered in Case No. 15-000677-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and JAY M. FRANGIPANE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 02 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Apartment no. 145, Building J, THE SANDALWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 34, page(s) 36 through 48 inclusive and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4858, page(s) 80, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
