NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 10-004855-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Harborview Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Theresa Ginsberg; Unknown Spouse of Theresa Ginsberg if any; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; John Doe; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, LESS THE WEST 40 FEET AND THE WEST 45 FEET OF LOT 56, TALL PINES ESTATES-PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
