NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The South 1/2 Lot 21, Block 1, TANGERINE TERRACE, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, Page 96, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m, on the 15th of February, 2016 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
