NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-002280, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EARLIN R. RINEHART A/K/A EARLIN RINEHART; MARY L. RINEHART A/K/A MARY RINEHART; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of January, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 8 FEET OF LOT 27 AND ALL OF LOT 28, OF NORRIS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
