NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 03, 2015, and entered in 14-004925-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION ('FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and MARGARET JEAN KOLAKOWSKI; LAKE FOREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURT, PINELLAS COUNTY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 6000, PAGE 1082, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
