NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 03, 2015, and entered in 15-004003-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-WMC1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH LALLAMANT; PHUNG THI YEN LALLAMANT; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
