NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment dated December 16, 2015 and entered in Case No.: 15-2486-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and TARPON IV, LLC, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 21, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:

South 45 Feet of North 53.25 feet of Lots 17 & 18, Oak Villa, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Lot 26, Less the North 1/4, thereof, Block “B” Revised Map of Bayou Vista Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 17, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida AND Lot 28, Block “B” Revised Map of Bayou Vista Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Book 4, Page 17 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; and Cromwell Heights, Block A, Lot 14
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
