NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on January 12, 2016, beginning at 9:30A.M., a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, 33756, to consider the petition of Jeffrey and Julia Bednarski to vacate, abandon and/or close the following:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the east line of a 15 foot wide
easement along the west side of Lot 10 and the north line of a 65 foot
easement along the south line of Lot 10, Ozona Trail Subdivision,
Plat Book 109, Page 77 of the Public Records of Pinellas County
located in Section 11, Township 28 South, Range 15 East.
Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
