at a Public Sale, the Clerk shall sell the property to the highest bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on January 29, 2016 , at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 and Chapter 702, Florida Statutes.
