NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-000072 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Darlita Beach and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Darlene Waller Harris a/k/a Darlene Harris a/k/a Darlene Maxwell, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Darla M. Beach a/k/a Darla Beach, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 22, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8 R.L. GORMAN SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
