NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-009984-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 s Plaintiff and UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, GP, RICHARD BAUER, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CLERK OF COURT, 6TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD BAUER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 26, Edgemoor Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 45 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
