NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 15, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 2059 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JULIAN E. HUNT; MARY ANNA HUNT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICES; TEMPEST RECOVERY SERVICES, INC. A Corporation As Servicing Agent for E-TRADE; and UNKNOWN TENANT n/k/a Gina Hunt are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Courts, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on January 29, 2016 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
