NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 11, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-006279-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS3 is the Plaintiff, and TAMMY J. LAVALLEE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A TERESA TUTTLE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A DOLORES COOPER; BELLE OAK VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 83, BELLE OAK VILLAS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
