LOT 1, SPANISH MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1811 LA GRANDE DR, DUNEDIN, FL 34698-2814; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on February 12, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
